Frequently Asked Questions

  1. My PDF won't upload - why?
    Make sure your file is a PDF and under 10MB for Free and 20 MB for Pro members. Wisppal currently only accepts PDF uploads. If your file meets the requirements but still won't upload, try refreshing the page, logging out and back in, or using a different browser. It may also be due to hitting your daily upload limit (2 per day on the Free plan, 10 per day on Pro).
  2. The flipbook reader isn't loading properly.
    This can sometimes be caused by a slow internet connection, an outdated browser, or an incompatible device. Try reloading the page or switching to a different browser (we recommend Chrome or Firefox). If the issue persists, let us know so we can help troubleshoot further.
  3. Can I edit or replace a book after I've uploaded it?
    Yes! Go to your “My Books” section on your profile, click on the title you want to edit, and choose “Edit Book.” You can update the title, description, cover, genre, or even replace the PDF entirely. Just make sure to hit “Save” after making changes.
  4. How do I cancel or change my subscription?
    You can cancel or change your Wisppal subscription anytime through Stripe. Log into your Wisppal account, go to your subscription settings, and click on “Manage” This will open Stripe's secure portal, where you can cancel your plan with just a few clicks.

If you encounter a bug, broken feature, or anything that doesn't seem right, we want to hear about it - and fix it fast.

How to report a bug:

  1. Visit the Contact Us page and complete the form
  2. Include as much detail as possible, such as:
    • What were you doing when the issue happened
    • What page were you on
    • The browser and device you're using

Our team reviews all bug reports and prioritises issues affecting usability or security. Pro users receive priority handling for technical support.
